Our Team
Paul Rozo
Founder and CEO of RPM and PRMG Mortgage Bankers. Paul is a recognized industry leader, well-versed in regulatory guidelines of both HUD and The Veterans Administration. He is deeply committed to the Community, leveraging his expertise to benefit those he represents.
Lori Weston
Administrator and Chief Operating Officer for RPM. Lori brings extensive experience in administration, contract review, and implementation. She serves as the liaison between property management goals, rehabilitation procedures, and tenancy objectives, ensuring we achieve maximum results.
Our History
Rozo Property Management, Inc. (RPM) was established in 1989 in the High Desert, offering renters both single-family rental opportunities and that of multi-unit complex living. With decades of experience, we have grown and evolved alongside the communities expanding to the Newport Beach area, offering townhome-style condo living within walking distance of the beach.
